Brand History

Starting out in 1996 as a tiny operation in New York City, founders Jonathan Drew and Marvin Samel launched what would soon become a massive heavyweight in the industry. They moved their bold vision down to Estelí, Nicaragua, eventually establishing La Gran Fabrica Drew Estate, a state-of-the-art facility overlooking lush tobacco fields and sprawling valleys. This impressive factory allowed them to control every single aspect of production, skipping the middlemen to align perfectly with our factory-direct model.
