Planning Your Visit?

We’re here to make your visit easy and enjoyable. Here are answers to common questions, especially for our international guests:

  • Do your stores offer dedicated smoking lounges or indoor seating?

Our focus is on providing a distinguished retail experience, complemented by personalized consultation within our meticulously climate-controlled humidor environment. At our Punta Cana Megastore, guests are invited to enjoy our elegant bar lounge, while our La Romana location offers a welcoming space to sit back and savor your cigar. Our experienced tobacconists are always pleased to enhance your visit with tailored recommendations and exceptional service.

  • I'm a tourist. Do you match online pricing in-store, and is the selection the same?

Yes, we offer a Price Match Guarantee on eligible items purchased in store. The La Romana Megastore maintains the largest inventory. While the Punta Cana store features a curated selection of the most popular and sought after brands, both locations guarantee authentic, factory-fresh cigars and accessories.

  • What forms of payment are accepted, and do you handle currency exchange?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and cash (USD and Dominican Pesos). For USD payments, we offer competitive exchange rates, making your purchase convenient whether you are a local or an international visitor.

  • Can I coordinate Cigar Factory Tours from your retail stores?

Yes, we are happy to assist. Our Cigar Country La Romana Megastore serves as the main departure and coordination point for our exclusive tours due to its proximity to the factories. The Punta Cana store staff can also provide you with detailed information and help you coordinate transportation logistics to join the tours. We always recommend booking your tour in advance through our website.
