Reserva Especial is available in 11 variations with Maduro or Natural wrappers. The Connecticut wrapper on the LFD Reserva Especial is a beautiful tan/brown color with a waxy, oily sheen. It’s not overly oily, has an excellent feel, and is not too soft or firm. The cigar is well-packed with an even burn that doesn’t require re-lights.

The wrapper has a beautiful, sugary sweet aroma, as does the foot. It has a pleasant taste of cocoa and tobacco on the lips with just enough sweetness to make you want more. This cigar also stays lit quite well during smoking; however, if you want to savor every last bit of flavor from this stick, make sure your ashtray has plenty of room for expansion.
