It is enveloped in a lustrous Mexican San Andres wrapper, with a Nicaraguan binder, and Nicaraguan filler tobacco. In commemoration of this significant occasion, each cigar undergoes a patient aging process of no less than 2 years after being hand-rolled. These cigars are hand-rolled in Nicaragua at the TaviCusa factory. Tabacalera Villa Cuba S.A. is Rocky Patel’s boutique cigar production facility nestled in Estelí, Nicaragua. Established in 2008, this factory has been instrumental in crafting some of Rocky Patel’s most acclaimed cigars.Despite its modest size, TaviCusa produces approximately seven million cigars annually.
