Furthermore, created by Cigar Country back in 2010. We were looking to offer smokers in the Dominican Republic affordable, high-quality cigars in easy-to-understand popular formats. Also, the name Duho is a reference to our native Taino roots. The Tainos were the tobacco-smoking locals Columbus found when he discovered the island of La Hispaniola in 1492. Traditionally, native clans would get together, and the local chief would sit on a Duho or throne to smoke and deliberate.
