Davidoff Puro Dominicano is a full-bodied Dominican puro and the newest addition to Davidoff's Black Band Collection — joining Escurio, Nicaragua, and Yamasá as one of the brand's boldest expressions. Originally a 2009 limited edition, it returns in 2026 as a permanent line with an entirely new blend. Tobaccos sourced from six distinct Dominican growing regions , Yamasá (wrapper), Martín Garcia (binder), and Mao, Villa González, Piloto, and Navarrete (filler), are aged for a combined 32 years, delivering a warm, rich, and multi-layered smoking experience that evolves from first light to final draw.

The flavor journey opens with dark chocolate, brown sugar, roasted nuts, and a touch of vanilla, then deepens into earth, oak, dried fruit, and a lively spice finish. Inspired by Dominican amber, a gemstone shaped by nature and artisan hands alike, the blend carries a symbolic amber-yellow secondary band as a tribute to the island's craftsmanship.
