Ashton Classic Corona and Churchill Cigar Review and Price Range

Whenever I grab an Ashton Classic, it feels like they’ve been around forever. Like other Ashton Classics, Ashton Classic Corona and Ashton Classic Churchill are filled with a creaminess that lingers on your palates. They look stunning and immaculate. Read this review of the blend and price range before committing to a box of Ashton Classic Corona and Churchill cigars!

Their silky golden-blonde US Connecticut Shade wrappers give them a sweetness that balances the smoke perfectly. Their richly long-aged Dominican fillers and binders add all the richness of the Dominican soil. They are aged in cedar chambers for six months before being banded, boxed, and shipped for sale. These cigars will give you a long hour of a meekly good time filled with creamy notes of cedar, cashew, and toasted nuts.

Ashton Classic Corona and Churchill Cigar Price Range

These premium hand-rolled cigars should feature in your humidor. A cedar box of 25 Ashton Classic Churchill and Corona cigars costs about $280 on average, while a single stick price is about $11.

Ashton cigars are some of the best cigars on the market – and Classic is one of their highest-rated blends. Review the flavors of the Ashton Classic Corona and Churchill cigars.

The glistening silky US Connecticut Shade wrapper shines gracefully. The body was smooth, free of blemishes or soft spots, and lightly thin-veined. The regal black and white Ashton band was simple, with Ashton beautifully written in gold, complementing the hue.

For the cold draw, I got an extremely creamy and nutty taste that is common to all Ashton Classics. Upon lighting up, the first few puffs were dense with toasted nuts, cashew, and sweet cedar. Hints of black pepper showed up afterward. Deepening into the first third, notes of honey, hay, and cappuccino are featured. A firm razor-sharp whitish and grayish ash built up, which held until I ashed it.

The luscious taste of balsamic, hazelnuts, and brioche balances up as I reach the halfway point. Cream and toasted nuts wired the taste together. I ended my 1hr+ of smoking with a scented aroma of cookies, malt, and of course, some creaminess and nuttiness.

Ashton Classic Churchill feels almost the same way except for the longer burn time and its woody and herbal characters with hints of pepper on the finish.

These mellow cigars are perfect for golfing because they burn slowly for a long time, and their smoke has a mellowness that doesn’t overpower. Also, you do not get a blast of nicotine as the sun comes crashing on your face. You can also enjoy them on a lazy Saturday morning as you enjoy a good book.
