About Warped Isla del Cocodrilo
Warped Isla del Cocodrilo is a Cuban-inspired release from Warped Cigars, crafted in collaboration with Tabacalera La Isla in the Dominican Republic. The name is a nod to Cuba itself — long nicknamed "la Isla del Cocodrilo" (Island of the Crocodile) for the reptile-like silhouette the island traces on a map. With this, warped isla del cocodrilo cigar, founder Kyle Gellis set out to capture that old-world Havana character in a modern, three-country blend.
At the heart of the blend is an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper produced using the "Desflorado" method, a technique that deepens both color and flavor in the leaf. It's paired with dual binders — Ecuadorian Habano 2000 and Brazilian Arapiraca — over an all-Nicaraguan filler core, delivering a medium-to-full profile built for complexity.
