Don Julio Punta Espada is a mild-bodied blend and the result of six generations of passion and tobacco knowledge. This Dominican puro features a Corojo Mejorado wrapper, a Corojo Unico binder, and Habano 20/20 Ligero , Ligero, HVA Ligero, Piloto Mejorado Ligero filler tobaccos. Don Julio Cigars was created as a tribute to Don Julio Samuel Reyes Fermín by the Reyes family. Don Julio was who took over the brand as a third-generation Reyes family member. Thus, these cigars were created to honor his legendary work and contributions. Every detail, from the tobacco used to the presentation of the cigar, was carefully considered and chosen. All of the tobacco used, in fact, was grown on the Reyes family fields in the Cibao Valley, Dominican Republic. Just like the brand, these cigars are Dominican through and through.
